Group Rates are valid from January 10th to January 23rd, 2026, subject to availability.

All-Inclusive Room Rates: Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, per room, per night. The All-Inclusive Program includes all taxes (16% federal tax, 4% hotel tax) and services, excluding an environmental fee of $37.99 pesos per room per night (approximately $2.50 USD, subject to exchange rate).

Room Occupancy:

Maximum of 3 adults per room, except for:

Deluxe Oceanview The Towers: Maximum of 2 adults

Presidential Suite: Maximum of 4 adults

Room Assignment: The resort will assign rooms based on availability and special requests (including bedding preferences).

Group Rate Availability: Group rates are available until the booking deadline or until the room block is full, whichever comes first.

Payment & Cancellation Policies:

Payment Policy: A major credit card is required to secure your reservation. One night’s stay will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

21+ days before arrival: Full deposit refunded.

20 days or less before arrival: 1-night charge.

No-show: Full stay charged.

Late arrivals or early departures: Full confirmed stay will be charged.

For room + flight packages, Pueblo Bonito is not responsible for airline policies, and full prepayment may be required when reserving this option.
